Ingredients
  1. 2.5 C garbanzo flour
  2. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  3. 1 tsp baking soda
  4. 1/2 C melted coconut oil + 1 Tbsp for greasing the pan/cookie sheet
  5. 1 Tbsp honey
  6. 1/2 C mashed sweet potatoes
  7. 1/4 C unsweetened apple sauce
  8. 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix garbanzo bean flour, cinnamon & baking soda in a bowl
  3. Mix honey, mashed sweet potatoes, apple sauce, eggs and melted coconut oil in a second bowl
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing well for a uniform dough
  5. Grease baking pans/molds with coconut oil
  6. bake for 15-20 minutes
Notes
  1. From Lita: I baked mine for 15 minutes and they were delicious enough for me to eat too!
