Meet Flash Gordon!

Where to start with Flash Gordon? His name would’ve probably been more ironic without the last name — he’s not the fastest basset mix around, but he tries to waddle/hop as fast as he can. He’s about 10 months old now, and he’s also mixed with another type of hound based on his coloring. 

He was a rescue from the Dumb Friends League, and almost instantaneously, my pup Rhea  (December 2015’s Sarcastic Dog of the Month) and he became best buds. Every day there are excited growls and barks as they roughhouse. 

Flash LOVES food. Like, he would eat everything in the house if left to his own devices. He gobbles his food up in 2 minutes flat and then watches the other dog for any signs he can get in and eat hers, too. Maybe he’ll grow out of it…maybe not.
