Spinach Cheddar Dog Treats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 2/3 cup coconut flour
  • 2/3 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup frozen spinach - defrosted and slightly warmed. squeeze out extra moisture
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 slices diced cheddar cheese
  • coconut oil spray for greasing paw pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix flours and baking soda together in a bowl

  3. Mix defrosted frozen spinach or cooked fresh spinach with the eggs and melted coconut oil

  4. Add the spinach and egg mix to the dry ingredients 

  5. Mix in diced cheddar 

  6. Spray paw pan or other mold with coconut oil spray

  7. Press dough into mold and bake for 20 minutes
